Caris Turpen

Figurative sculptor. Lifelong visual artist. I sculpt in ceramic clay and plasticine, and fire one-offs, or mold and cast in plaster, resin, or bronze. I’m interested in the relationship between we as earthy, emotional beings and the divine. Mythology is a favorite focus.
